Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Geschäftsbereich Digital Engineering suchen wir Scrum Master (m/w/d), die mit Leidenschaft und Kompetenz agile Methoden und Arbeitsweisen in unsere Entwicklungsteams tragen.

Unser Ziel ist es, komplexe B2B Lösungen mit dem Fokus auf Test, Verifikation und Validierung von Embedded Software anzubieten und in kundenspezifischen modernen digitalisierten Prozessen zu integrieren. Hierzu setzten wir auf agile eigenverantwortlich Teams, die in unterschiedlichen Projekt Flows kundennah Lösungen in iterativen Programminkrementen entwickeln und somit einen kontinuierlichen Mehrwert für den Kunden erzeugen.

Deine Aufgaben

Du förderst und implementierst agile Prinzipien und Praktiken nach SAFe und Scrum in unseren Project Flows
Du hilfst agilen Teams in ihrer Entwicklung durch Moderation und gezieltes Mentoring weiter
Du moderierst Scrum-Events wie Daily Stand-ups und Sprint Planning und unterstützt Teams bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung und beseitigst Hindernisse
Dabei arbeitest du eng mit Entwicklern, Product Ownern, anderen Scrum Mastern und Stakeholdern im agilen Umfeld zusammen

Dein Profil

Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes technisches Studium z.B. (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
Du bringst einschlägige Berufserfahrung als Scrum Master oder Agile Coach im IT-Umfeld mit
Passion für Agilität, Coaching & Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Menschen zeichnen Dich aus
Du bist selbstbewusst und bringst Dich gerne mit kreativen Ideen ein, arbeiten im Team macht Dir Spaß und offene Kommunikation ist für Dich eine Selbstverständlichkeit
Deine sehr guten Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab

Wir entwickeln Premium Tools für Software-Entwickler*innen in der Automobilindustrie

BTC Embedded Systems wurde 1999 in Oldenburg gegründet. Wir starteten mit einem ambitionierten Ziel: Komplexe und leistungsfähige mathematische Verifikations- und Test-Methoden, welche bis dahin vor allem der akademischen Welt vorbehalten waren, für echte Software Serienprojekte im Embedded Bereich nutzbar zu machen.

Your team

To strengthen our team in the Digital Engineering division, we are looking for Scrum Masters (m/f/d) who are passionate about and skilled at bringing agile methods and ways of working to our development teams.

Our goal is to offer complex B2B solutions with a focus on testing, verification, and validation of embedded software and to integrate them into modern, customer-specific, digitized processes. To achieve this, we rely on agile, self-managing teams that develop customer-centric solutions in iterative program increments within various project flows, thereby generating continuous added value for our customers.

Your mission

You promote and implement agile principles and practices according to SAFe and Scrum in our project flows
You support agile teams in their development through facilitation and targeted mentoring
You facilitate Scrum events such as daily stand-ups and sprint planning, and support teams in continuous improvement and removing obstacles
In doing so, you work closely with developers, product owners, other Scrum Masters, and stakeholders in the agile environment

Your profile

You have a completed technical degree, e.g., in (Business) Informatics or a comparable qualification
You have relevant professional experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in an IT environment
You are characterized by a passion for agility, coaching, and collaboration with diverse individuals
You are self-confident and enjoy contributing creative ideas; you thrive in a team environment, and open communication is second nature to you
Your excellent German and English skills complete your profile

About us

We develop premium testing tools for software developers in the automotive industry

BTC Embedded Systems was founded in Oldenburg/Germany in 1999. We started with an ambitious goal: To take complex and powerful mathematical verification and test methods out of their academic hiding place, and make them available for real-life model-based software development projects.

We still feel dedicated to this goal and with a global presence and over 200 employees, we proudly look back on 25 years of technological market leadership in areas like formal verification, model checking and automatic test generation.
